Are refreshments included?
We’ll be providing tea, coffee, water and biscuits throughout the event and lunch will be included. Dietary requirements will be catered for.

Can I get a refund?
Nope! We don't offer refunds on your ticket at any time. I don't encourage people to join without considering if it's the right decision and then expecting a refund if they can’t attend/ aren’t the right fit.. Is this suitable for business owners who aren’t based in the UK?
The strategies being taught at Converting Corporates: The Event are suitable for use across the globe. These strategies have been used and proven in over 15 countries so far and will work for small, medium and large corporations as well as public sector and government departments.

Can I purchase a ‘one day’ ticket?
The event is a practical two day event which means that unfortunately one day tickets are not available. I recommend that if you want to attend, you attend both days and get all of the strategies and practical advice from both days and all sessions.

What time will the event start/ finish?
The event will start at 9:30am and finish at 4pm on both days.

Will there be an opportunity for networking with other participants?
Yes! I actively encourage you to network with other participants. It’s a great way to make new connections and get work referrals. There will be a special networking drinks evening on the 17th November at 5pm after the event so that you can network with other participants - and celebrate the end of the first day of the event.

Are there any considerations for sight/hearing impairments?
